Tubon Metlead LLP is a professionally managed lead recycling and metal processing company, incorporated in 2021 and operating from Five Star MIDC, Kagal, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The firm is engaged in lead-acid battery scrap processing, secondary lead remelting, lead refining, and the production of pure lead, lead alloys, and allied lead products.
With an existing turnover of ₹12.5 Crore and a full complement of regulatory authorisations — EPR, MPCB, MoEFCC, MWML, and SPCB — Tubon Metlead serves battery manufacturers, industrial consumers, and bulk buyers across India and overseas. Our strength lies in combining environmentally responsible recycling practices with consistent production quality and a clear export orientation.
The firm is currently expanding operations to a new, larger facility at Patalganga MIDC, Raigad District — strategically located approximately 15 km from Nhava Sheva Port (JNPT) — to enable direct import of battery scrap and RML, and direct export of pure lead and alloys to global markets.

Pollution Control Board Authorization
Tubon Metlead holds MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board) Consent to Operate for its existing Kolhapur plant, with all applicable air and effluent emission norms maintained through our bag house filter system, ETP plant, and natural gas-based fuel systems.
Hazardous Waste Handling Approval
The firm holds MoEFCC (Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change) Hazardous Waste Import Authorisation and MWML Membership — enabling compliant handling, processing, and import of lead-acid battery scrap under the Hazardous Waste Management Rules.
Battery Waste Management Compliance
Fully compliant with Battery Waste Management Rules (BWMR) 2022 and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations — operating as a registered authorised recycler within the structured EPR ecosystem for end-of-life battery processing.
Environment, Health & Safety Protocols
